The Eastern Ontario Training Board will continue to be the champion for local labour force development in the counties of Prescott, Russell, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry by identifying needs and facilitating solutions. This will be accomplished by cooperatively. Researching, analyzing and validating local labour force development conditions and sharing findings with our community. Facilitating the development of a community action plan to address identified local labour force development issues. Disseminating training and adjustment programs and services information to the community. Investigating solutions which utilize available resources including funding.
