ODSP Employment Supports is a program that supports persons with disabilities to: Find a job, advance to another job if under employed, overcome a disability-related job crisis to maintain employment and retain long-term employment. You are eligible for ODSP Employment Supports if you are a current recipient of ODSP Income Support or, if you have a disability that has been verified by a medical professional and is deemed a significant barrier to employment (i.e. physical, hearing, vision, learning, developmental, mental health, cognitive, HIV/AIDS.)
