WHO ARE WE ? We are a non-profit organization with the mandate to satisfy the employment needs of our community. We are subsidized by different levels of government (provincial and federal) to offer employment services to people looking for work as well as selection and referral services to area employers. We collaborate with training organizations to offer you access to information on trades and careers. The Employment Services Centre of Prescott-Russell provides all work related services in the United Counties of Prescott-Russell. The strength of the Centre is that it offers services to both employers and job seekers, which greatly facilitates the pairing of the two.

Junior Canadian Rangers Program (JCR)
The Junior Canadian Ranger Programme offers young people in remote and isolated communities across Canada a unique opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and rewarding activities in a formal setting. Under the supervision of the Canadian Rangers, these young Canadians (ages 12 to 18) become active and engaged citizens of their local communities. There are currently more than 3,400 Junior Canadian Rangers in 119 remote and isolated communities across Canada Aim The aim of the Junior Canadian Rangers Programme is to provide a structured youth programme, which promotes traditional cultures and lifestyles, in remote and isolated communities of Canada. Objectives The objectives of the Junior Canadian Rangers Programme are: To impart community traditional skills; To impart life skills; and To impart Ranger skills.

Women Entrepreneurs of Cornwall and Area, or WE, was formed in 1998 by a small group of women who knew that women business owners needed to connect with one another. Within a half a year, the group had grown from 12 to 80 members, and now numbers over 90. WE's mandate is to provide a forum in which all women in Cornwall and the surrounding Area may benefit.
