Many people with disabilities can and do want to work. Employment Supports is a component of the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) designed for eligible people with disabilities to help overcome barriers to employment. This is a voluntary program that helps eligible people with disabilities prepare for, find and keep a job in their community. You do not have to be in receipt of ODSP Income Support to qualify for Employment Supports.
